Practice makes perfect

Tonight we have our rehearsal for our wedding. Apparently, we need to practice in order to get things right. I'm OK with it, I like practice.

Things are all set, food's getting picked up at it's designated times, the bridal party all made it to Michigan (OK, there's only one out of towner in the bridal party, but she made it so yay!) and most of my family is here. The rest will arrive tomorrow afternoon.

After we rehearse we'll eat. And then we'll send everyone on their merry way and Jeff and I will spend one more evening together as an unmarried couple. I'm pretty sure we're just going to do what we normally do (watch our DVRed episodes and hang out with the dog) but it's nice to know we'll have these moments together before the craziness of Friday and Saturday hit us full on in the face.

I'm still not nervous, I'm still mostly excited. I haven't lost my mind or yelled at anyone or even started crying for no reason (all things I full expected of myself). Sure, there's time for that but I've got a feeling if I can get through the planning, the crafting and the paying and the family all without losing my $h!t then I think I've got this.

 I cannot wait!

I am so happy for you and thankful that it all is going so well. Getting a wedding together can be extremely stressful and it looks like you have it coming together very nicely.

I'm sure you won't see this today. In fact, I hope you don't see it until after you come back from your fab honeymoon. But I just want it noted that I stopped by on your wedding day to say:

"HAPPY WEDDING DAY!" and to wish you and J a lifetime of happiness and love.

Oh yeah, and lots of babies!

Happy Wedding Day! Would this be considered your Zero Anniversary?

I hope your day is full of love, laughter, tons of dancing and the warmth of family and friends all around. I wish all the best for you two!
