A bad case of the Writer's Block

There are words in my head, so many words I can't even count them but somehow they don't really want to make there way onto this blog. They're all jammed up there with emotions and thoughts and feelings! I've got a logjam of emotions in my brain.

This is what my brain looks like right now:

Why yes, my drawing skills do match those of a six year old. Thank you for noticing.

I am happy and excited and just so darn happy. (Hey, words are coming out of my mouth! Yay!) People ask me if I'm stressed or nervous and as of right now the answer would be "Nope." I'm not stressed, I'm ecstatic. I am "isitchristmasmorningyetican'twaittoopenpresents" excited!

Thank you for being with me during this journey. I know we're not quite there yet, but it means so much to me knowing you all have been here, have listened to me complain about stuff and just showered J and I with love, even though we've never met. There's a row in the church, about the middle of all the pews...I'll picture all of you there when I'm walking down the aisle.

ONE WEEK! Eek!

I think we should all send you 8 x 10 photos of ourselves attached to sticks that you can prop up in that row. Then it'll REALLY feel like we're there.

I'll get mine out to you this weekend. But I wanna be sitting next to Dawn.

I completely relate to the writers block! I would so love to be sitting in that church in one week! Hope to see some photos!

I want to sit next to BD, too, because I'll bet she sings better than I do, so I'll just move my lips. Oh wait, do people sing at weddings anymore?

When the Marine got married a few years ago, Skater sneaked into the church the lifesized cardboard cut-out of Dan Marino (which the Marine has now had for 10 years or more) and stood him up in the back of the church. During one of the quiet times during the ceremony,
Sunshine noticed it for the first time, turned to the Marine and whispered, "Dan Marino is here?!" The Marine whipped his head around, thinking it was the real Dan Marino! Then they both giggled and got a stern look from the priest.

I say giggle away!

P.S.
I just heard over the weekend that Dan Marino is NOT to be invited to the delivery room! LOL

And now it's just a little over three days away! How exciting! I believe you're going to have a beautiful, inspiring day, and like everyone else, I can't wait to hear all about it. Sending best wishes to you and J for your day!
